1. What This Website Is

This is a private reference site with no government connection. It does not store official criminal records and cannot retrieve them, conduct official checks, or submit documents for a visitor.

The material identifies custodians such as the Shiawassee County Sheriff's Office, the 66th District and 35th Circuit courts, Michigan State Police Criminal Justice Information Center, and the Michigan Public Sex Offender Registry. It may also connect readers to outside search tools.

2. Rules for Using This Site

Use is permitted only when lawful. You agree not to:

• Break any federal, state, or local law while using this site
• Use information you find here to stalk, harass, or threaten anyone
• Base hiring, housing, lending, or insurance decisions on content from this site

3. No Harassment, Stalking, or Discrimination

Information obtained here or through a linked tool must not be used to harass, stalk, threaten, intimidate, or discriminate against anyone. Misuse may be criminal. Michigan Public Sex Offender Registry information is published for safety awareness under the Michigan Sex Offenders Registration Act, MCL 28.721 et seq., and its public dissemination provisions in MCL 28.728. Publication does not authorize vigilante conduct or unlawful discrimination.

4. We Are Not a Consumer Reporting Agency

We are not a consumer reporting agency under the FCRA. We do not generate background checks, credit reports, or consumer reports of any kind. Neither we nor our advertising partners provide services built for screening job applicants, reviewing rental applications, calculating insurance rates, or judging creditworthiness. You agree not to use data from this site or any linked tool to:

• Decide whether to hire or fire someone
• Screen potential renters or housing applicants
• Judge creditworthiness or set insurance premiums
